Soft washing uses low water pressure combined with specialized cleaning solutions to kill algae, mold, and mildew at the root, rather than relying on high pressure to blast it off the surface. It's safer for siding, roofing, and painted surfaces.
Is soft washing safe for my landscaping?+−
Yes. We pre-wet and cover sensitive plants, and our cleaning solutions are formulated to be plant-safe when applied correctly and rinsed as directed.
Scheduling
How long does a typical house wash take?+−
Most single-family homes take 1-3 hours depending on size and the level of buildup. Commercial properties are scoped individually.
Do I need to be home during the service?+−
Not necessarily, as long as we have access to an exterior water spigot and any gated areas. We'll coordinate access details when scheduling.
